My lease was up today and wanted to relocate my family to another state , but the experience of 1.5:YRS here was terrific ! Yana was easy to reach , professional and kind. I also want to thank Marina who keeps the building clean , kind , and I felt was welcoming when I saw her and conversational when I was too. Also felt safe raising my kids here and love the fitness room and recreational room for fun activity.

Moderno West is unlike any place in the valley. Believe me when I say that this place can feel like home in an instant!

I had the pleasure of visiting Moderno and meeting some of the people here like the maintenance and the leasing manager, Rubi, and they are all so kind, warm and welcoming. They instantly make you feel part of the community.

The building is quiet, clean and is routinely maintained. It also has several features such as a 2 floor gym, theater room, game room, temperature controlled pool and so much more.

I promise you that you will instantly feel at home if you stay at moderno, this is the place to be!

Been a real solid experience here at Moderno Noho West. The building is constantly cleaned and in great shape! Big Ups to Rubi she’s very professional and attention to detail gotta give her credit for managing such a huge building and dealing with multiple personalities on the daily yet she manages to keep the level of professionalism, thank you for that Rubi. No complaints on my end happy tenant here!

I loved a beautiful unit I came to view last week. The apartment is very clean, and spacious, would definitely recommend and in my opinion is worth the price. The manager, Rubi, is a sweet lady who attended to all of my questions and was a main factor in helping me narrow down my options. Definitely top in my list.

There are not enough stars to rate my experience at Moderno Noho West. I went for a tour in January for a two bedroom unit and the manager, Rubi, was punctual and very proactive in answering any of my concerns. While we were on the tour, two current tenants approached us and she was very quick in answering their questions! Very clean place, without a doubt, I recommend! Not sure why I see such negative reviews for this place, but for someone that also works in the same kind of business, the customer services and experience I received at this location were exceptional.

This building is the worse building I ever signed a lease with. First of all manager “Rubi” is not in top of her job. I don’t understand why they haven’t fired her. She does not take care of anything. Hardly answers her phone. No the apartment itself aren’t horrible but are cheap, cheap paint. Cheap floor as well. Don’t get fooled during summer random people are always in the pool. It’s so dirty, overall l don’t recommend
