I placed an order for matching sofa set & bedroom set and no one either store or customer service informed me that a dresser went out of stock by the time the order was shipped and asked me to take the floor piece which might be on display for more than an year. I decided to cancel the total order, but they want to charge me $499 towards delivery service, because rest of the order was already shipped and no one is even ready to admit that they should have contacted me before it left their warehouse and informed about dresser unavailability, so I could have decided then itself… now I need to fight this battle with them to recover this fee, insane customer service & pathetic communication about the order status!

And pity on customers that the store people are insisting to give 5 start review on Google, so they can offer some additional discount and once the sale is done… god save the customers!
